Trivselhus by Esh launches new development at Hexham Gate

Trivselhus by Esh is delighted to announce that work is set to start on a new collection of low-energy housing in Hexham from the 1st February. The 16 homes at Hexham Gate will represent the first development of its kind in the region, offering contemporary residential homes that take a fabric-first approach to achieving exceptional energy efficiency and sustainability.

Hexham Gate follows on from Trivselhus by Esh's smaller developments in Cumbria at Garth House Gardens and Eden Vale - five and three plots respectively - with a range of four and five bedroom detached houses priced from £425,000. The properties have now been released for sale via agents Sanderson Young, and will feature three new house styles, the Tavelan, Dellen and Storan, in addition to the Rengen and Kingen.

The properties feature a modern, open plan ground floor living space and a fabric-first approach to building manufacture.  The fabric-first process supports precision building design to create an airtight structure. This is allied with an air source heat pump, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system (MVHR), and triple glazing to achieve what is known as a Climate Shield, ensuring a pleasant environment for homeowners no matter what the conditions outside. Each of the Trivselhus by Esh properties include solar photovoltaics on the roof to provide a reliable source of renewable energy.
